  • Knowledge of food from production, through its industrial processing, assessing the qualitative and nutritionally, under the point of view of quality, food safety and nutritional value compared to the different customer requirements - technical training that can establish a relationship two-way between food production and its consumption with a view to improvement / diversification of food production and nutritional conditions of the population
