Current health professionals are required to respond to unique leadership demands. The Master of Health Management Program prepares healthcare professionals to meet the challenges of a career in healthcare management.

Residencies

The MHM program is offered primarily online, with two short on-site residency periods (three days each at McMaster University). These residency periods allow students to build rapport with other students in their cohort and to meet MHM faculty members.

  • Part-time Stream: Residencies are held in Year 1, Fall Term and Year 2 Summer Term of the program.
  • Full-time Stream: Residencies are held in Year 1, Fall Term and Year 1 Summer Term of the program.
