Introduction
A good diet helps to a great extent to provide an optimal state of health to the individual. This premise must be taken into consideration. For this reason, we must educate and make people around us aware of its vital importance.
The field of food and nutrition for many years has been in the background in our society. It was not given the importance that it really is. Currently we have a health system based on healing; prevention must be our first goal and cure leave it in a second term. In economic terms, adequate prevention programs would help us to reduce the current cost of Health, the vast majority of which is focused on palliative or curative treatments.
The advancement of the sciences that support nutrition such as biochemistry, molecular biology, pathophysiology, toxicology, dietetics and food science make nutrition a fascinating modern and applied science, which also forces us to contemplate it not only with scientific eyes but also humans.
The field of food and nutrition affects the entire society, so it has a direct relationship with multiple fields of work. On many occasions these professionals do not have a university degree, however, due to their personal characteristics or their experience, they want quality training in this field.
This Program is necessary to access a series of contents that will be essential for good work performance in the field of nutrition and make the most appropriate decision at all times based on new nutritional criteria.
