Introduction
The main objective of the Program is to contribute to the increase of both the number of researchers in endocrinology with a strong translational component, including both doctors and graduates in other biosanitary branches such as Biology, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, etc.
The Professors of the Program cover practically all branches of Endocrinology from the most basic to the most clinical. The aim will be to facilitate the incorporation of candidates to those Groups that best suit their profile and professional aspirations (clinical research, basic research, endocrinological oncology, neurobiology of energy homeostasis, etc.). The program aims to familiarize students in training with the different techniques available for the study of endocrinological pathology, also facilitating the interaction of basic and clinical groups so that students receive the highest level of training. Acceptance into the Program will include attendance at training activities that include seminars, scientific discussions, and attendance at courses and congresses, as well as living the environment of a translational and clinical Research Center. The Program aims to incorporate highly motivated students to receive extensive transdisciplinary training using the most advanced research techniques available.
